IRI and PEC Awarded HCBS Grant to Advance Inclusive Employment Opportunities

Integrated Resources Institute (IRI) and Progressive Employment Concepts (PEC) are proud to announce the award of a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) grants totaling approximately $700,000. These grants will support innovative trainings designed to promote competitive, integrated employment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout California.

The initiative will focus on expanding best practices in employment services while strengthening collaboration with regional partners, including Inland, North Los Angeles, Alta, and South Central Los Angeles Regional Centers.

Key Objectives

  • Deliver free training programs such as:

    • ACRE Basic Customized Employment Training

    • Person-Centered Career Planning

    • Paid Internship Program Technical Assistance

    • Social Security Benefits Training

  • Enhance outreach through updated websites, social media campaigns, and dedicated HCBS resource hubs.
