SUAD BISOGNO

Chief Executive Officer
(She/Her)

Suad has developed and managed community integrated services for adults with disabilities for over 14 years. She has a passion and drive for creating a world where people with disabilities are included, embraced and treated as equals. Suad has worked in many different roles over the years, in pursuit of assisting agencies with transforming their service delivery to meet the individual needs of the individuals they support. She has focused the last several years assisting people with disabilities and their families transition from school into meaningful adult services. Suad directed Integrated Resources Institute's expansion to the greater Los Angeles area and is now directing present and future growth of IRI. She currently sits on the board of California APSE as the Vice President and North Los Angeles Regional Center Vendor Advisory Committee.

​Suad and her husband are avid art and music lovers. She has two young sons, Apollo and Józef.

LUKE SAKAMOTO

Chief Operations Officer
(He/Him)

Luke began supporting people with developmental disabilities in high school classrooms in 2014 where he quickly found a passion for helping this under-supported population. He joined IRI soon after with the objective of helping people obtain employment, advance their skills, and achieve their goals. In 2018, Luke graduated from Cal State University, Fullerton with a BA in Business Administration. He became a Support Manager in 2020 and is now the COO at IRI.

Luke resides in Laguna Niguel and loves spending time with his wife, daughter, and dog. His hobbies are playing sports, going to the gym, and watching TV.

AYLA GUERNON

Chief Human Resources Officer
(She/Her)

Ayla has worked in the government and non-profit world for almost a decade. She spent time in college focusing on underrepresented groups through school-funded scholar and mentorship programs. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Human Resource Management.

Ayla spends her time outside of work with her two dogs (Roxy and Mochi), going to the gym, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.


ROY WILSON

Chief Training Officer
(He/Him)

Roy has supported individuals with disabilities for over 25 years. Roy graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Psychology. While at UCLA, Roy served as a mentor to high school students with disabilities. Roy has since supported adults living independently in their own homes where he served as a support staff and a management team member. Roy has also worked as a Lead Employment Coach for 10 years supporting individuals find and maintain competitive employment in their communities. Roy joined IRI in 2014 as one of the managers supporting individuals in finding and maintaining competitive and integrated employment and living in their own homes. Roy presently is the Chief Training Officer at IRI working with staff to better assist individuals in meeting their personal and professional goals. Roy is certified through ACRE in Basic Employment Services with an emphasis on Customized Employment and is also credentialed through APSE as a Certified Employment Support Professional.

ROXANNA GUZMAN

Director of Services - North and Central Orange County
(She/Her)

Roxanna went to Cal State Northridge and a nursing program. Her nurse training sparked a passion for helping others. Since 2011, Roxanna has dedicated her life to working with people with disabilities. She began her work at a psychiatric hospital then moved onto a post-acute hospital in the San Fernando Valley. Roxanna then moved to Orange County in 2017 and began working for IRI. Since then, she worked her way up from Employment Coach to Lead Employment Coach to Support Manager and is now Director of Services of the North and Central OC area. Roxanna is determined to break down barriers and help people overcome the stigmas associated with developmental and intellectual disabilities. 

In her spare time, Roxanna enjoys going on road trips and visiting theme parks with her family.

MAKI OSAWA

Director of Services - South and Central Orange County, San Diego
(She/Her)

Maki graduated from California State University of Long Beach in 2014 with a BA in Human Development and Minor in Psychology, with a goal of finding a way to help others. She was hired as an Employment Coach for IRI shortly after graduating, and found a passion for helping individuals with disabilities reach their goals and make connections in their communities.  She has had the opportunity to participate in IRI’s supported living program, previously worked for the Project SEARCH Program at CHOC, and is excited to continue to expand IRI’s goals for supporting individuals with disabilities as Director of Services of the South and Central OC area.

In her spare time, Maki enjoys going on trips with her friends, practicing her hobby of photography, staying active at the gym, and learning how to play the guitar.

LEA MUNOZ

Associate Director of Services - Los Angeles and North Bay
(She/Her)

Lea graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a BS in Biology. Every summer in college, she shadowed her grandmother at her various ceramic classes where she met and supported some incredibly talented individuals with disabilities. Her grandmother was a great mentor to her and learned many ways to be creative in supporting people based on their specific abilities. In doing so, she knew helping others was where her heart belonged. She gained more experience by working as an aide to young adults with autism, an Employment Coach for IRI, then promoted to a Lead Employment Coach, and now the Associate Director of Services of the LA and North Bay area for IRI. Lea is determined to help the people we support build a life they desire.

Lea has traveled to more than nine countries around the world, loves running, and trying new outdoor activities.

BRENDA MIRANDA

Support Manager
(She/Her)

Brenda has spent the past 17 years of her life working in the non-profit sector providing direct support to adults with developmental and physical disabilities as a Direct Support Professional and Community Support Supervisor. She joined the IRI team in 2022 as a Recruiter, was promoted to Talent Acquisition Specialist and then to a Support Manager in Los Angeles in 2023.

Brenda enjoys spending time with family, friends, trying new restaurants and traveling.

CORAIMA ALVAREZ

Support Manager
(She/Her)

Coraima was born and raised in Peru, where she discovered from an early age that she wanted to be an advocate for individuals with disabilities to be integrated in their community. While in college, in 2014, she co-founded a non-profit organization that visited hospitals and schools in rural areas, offering emotional support to individuals. Coraima joined IRI in 2019, committing to her purpose to serve others as an Employment Coach. She became a Lead Employment Coach in 2020 and now in her new role as Support Manager she is dedicated to ensure that the individuals we serve meet their professional and personal goals.

Coraima loves to spend time in the beach with her husband and travel to different countries. She enjoys dancing and practices yoga as a self-care activity.

IVAN ALVAREZ

Support Manager
(He/Him)

Native to the Coachella Valley, Ivan moved to Orange County when he started his undergrad at California State University, Fullerton. He received a BS degree in Health Science in 2018. In 2018, Ivan became employed with IRI as an Employment Coach and shortly afterwards was promoted to Lead Employment Coach. In May of 2021, Ivan completed his Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Grand Canyon University. Ivan has always been committed to helping underrepresented individuals regardless of their backgrounds. This is a value that was instilled as a child and has made a positive impact as it aligns with his career goals.

Ivan also enjoys playing soccer with his older brother on the weekends, visiting family, and learning new topics such as finance.

IVAN BALTAZAR

Support Manager

Ivan has always had a passion for helping people. He found his calling working with adults with disabilities 10 years ago. In 2021, Ivan started as a Lead Employment Coach for IRI. He quickly immersed himself in getting familiarized with the people he served and the service. In 2022, he was promoted to Support Manager. Ivan is excited to step into his new role where he will continue to grow and provide the best support to the people we have the privilege to serve.

In his free time, Ivan enjoys to go to concerts, going on motorcycle rides, and overlanding/off-roading.

MARIELLE BARNUM

Support Manager
(She/Her)

In 2016, Marielle joined IRI as an Employment Coach. Since then she has found a true passion for helping adults with disabilities and has supported people in diverse settings. Before being promoted to a Support Manager in January 2019, she worked in various roles within IRI, including a Skills Trainer for Project SEARCH at CHOC Children's Hospital as well as a Senior Employment Coach. Marielle is devoted to supporting the individuals we serve and to ensure they are given every opportunity to pursue what they are most passionate about.

Marielle is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, fishing, and camping with her husband at the many national parks of America.

MONICA BARRERAS

Support Manager

Monica joined IRI in December of 2018 as the first Employment Coach at the LA branch. Getting to meet the amazing individuals who she supports and assisting them with finding work, volunteer sites, and enrolling in college classes has motivated her to continue advocating for those individuals with disabilities. Having worked her way from Employment Coach to Lead Employment Coach and now a Support Manager for IRI, Monica is grateful to be working with an organization who puts the needs and dreams of individuals we support first.

In her spare time, Monica enjoys exercising at her local gym, hiking, and running. She also enjoys working on jigsaw puzzles, camping and spending time with her two kids and her family.

BRANDY GREEN

Support Manager

Brandy Green has been employed with IRI since 2019 and studied Business Management at Capella University. She received her certification in wedding and event planning from Sheffield College and her certification as a heart monitor tech at FlexEd. Brandy began her career in the field of Operations in 2005. Her experience includes Client Relations, Account Management, Operations Analysis, Payroll and HR. She held client relations positions at companies that include educational games and technology, video relay services, property management and logistics companies. Brandy has a passion for people and loves to provide assistance anywhere that is needed. She is dedicated to helping others and providing the highest level of support to all clients at IRI.

Brandy loves to spend time with her husband and their four children. They all demonstrate a love for playing music together and as individuals.

ALAN FERNANDEZ

Support Manager
(He/Him)

Alan Fernandez was born and raised in Montebello, CA. When he was a teen, he joined a youth center program. As soon he became adult, he graduated from that youth center and became a mentor for other teens. Alan helped teens find summer jobs and sports so they could gain experience and stay busy instead of getting into trouble. Alan has worked for other companies like Social Vocational Services and Westview services that help people with disabilities and that’s when he discovered the passion for helping others improve their quality of lives. Alan started with IRI in 2012 as an Employment Coach. In 2018, he was promoted to Lead Employment Coach supporting clients with finding jobs, and in January 2022, was promoted to Support Manager.

During Alan’s free time, he likes to ride his bike at different OC beaches, enjoys dancing, and shooting pool.

HEATHER MARVIN

Support Manager

Heather Marvin graduated from CSUN in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. After graduation, she became a Behavioral Interventionalist where she supported persons with disabilities. Heather started at IRI in 2021 as an Employment Coach. She showed commitment that led to her fast growth within the company, from Lead Employment Coach position to now a Support Manager.  Heather’s passion for helping others developed from having a family of teachers, and she believes that all people have the right and ability to become successful and independent adults. 

In her free time, Heather enjoys making a variety of crafts and spending time with her family and animals.

JUSTIN MCGILLIVRAY

Support Manager
(He/Him)

Justin has been supporting adults and children with disabilities since 2006. A previous Regional Center of Orange County Direct Support Professional Spotlight Award Nominee, Justin has a strong passion for enhancing the lives of the individuals he supports. Due to Justin’s personal values aligning so well with the company’s core values, he quickly rose up the ranks and was promoted to Support Manager in November of 2022. Justin is beyond thrilled to have earned this opportunity as he looks to seek to improve the lives of the people we support on his higher platform.

In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, going to his children’s soccer games, and family trips to Disneyland. Justin is an avid football fan and enjoys watching his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles, on Sundays.

JESSICA RIOS

Support Manager
(She/Her)

Jessica started her journey as a paraeducator in 2010, where she was able to expand her passion in teaching children with disabilities. She was able to advocate for full inclusion for all children and ensure every student got the best education possible. She joined IRI in 2022 as an Employment Specialist Coach and was able to grow her knowledge in serving adults. She transitioned to Lead Employment Coach and finally a Support Manager in 2023. Jessica is passionate about empowering adults in their communities and seeing the great accomplishments in their lives.

Jessica has a love for Halloween and enjoys horror movies. She also loves music and spending time with her family and dogs.

MACKENZIE POLLOCK

Support Manager

MacKenzie grew up with a passion for helping others in South Texas and made her way to Orange County in 2021 where she started as an Employment Coach for IRI. Having an older sister with a developmental disability, she started at a young age supporting others to advocate for themselves. In 2013, while in high school, MacKenzie helped create a competitive cheer team her sister could be a part of. She coached a team of young adults with disabilities and led them to compete nationwide! MacKenzie is grateful to combine her passion with her work and is devoted to helping the people we serve find their passion too.  

Mackenzie resides in Laguna Beach and enjoys drinking coffee, watching the sunrise, reading, and journaling.

YANETTE ZAVALA

Support Manager
(She/Her)

Yanette Joined IRI in September of 2014 as an Employment Coach. Since then, her commitment and passion have grown for working with individuals with disabilities. She always knew she wanted to work in a place where she could help make a difference in other’s lives. In 2018 she graduated from California State University of Fullerton, and in that same year, was promoted to Lead Employment Coach. She has worked with a wide range of clients in our program and is dedicated to ensuring that the dreams and goals of the people we support become a reality.

Yanette currently lives in the city of La Habra with her German Shepard named Rambo. She enjoys cooking, traveling, watching sunsets at the beach, and spending time with her family.


RACHEL KAHLBAUM

Support Manager
(She/Her)

Rachel started her journey working as a respite care worker for children with disabilities in 2009. For over 10 years, she has provided direct support and advocated for those she serves. Rachel started with IRI in 2022 and has contributed to varying positions within the organization. Her passion and commitment to supporting people with disabilities have grown since, and she is now the Support Manager for Santa Ana.

Rachel is originally from Hawai’i and enjoys visiting local beaches with her family. In her spare time, she takes pleasure in spending time with her son outdoors and exploring California.

 

BRIANA SAIS

Support Manager
(She/Her)

Briana was born and raised in Northeast Texas. There she studied psychology at the University of Texas at Tyler with hopes of working in a field for TBI patients. Her favorite research topics are positive psychology and cognitive theory.  She then applied her knowledge and training to the food industry where she managed a variety of individuals with and without disabilities for several years. She offered different levels of support in training and guidance in the workplace to reach numerous goals. In December of 2022, she moved to the San Fernando Valley and became connected with IRI. In early 2024, Briana joined the IRI team with excitement and passion to help people achieve their dreams.

In her free time, Briana likes spending time with her two kids. She also enjoys powerlifting, making people laugh, singing, and baking.

VIVIAN WAN

Executive Assistant
(She/Her)

Vivian serves as the assistant to the C-suite here at IRI. She received a Bachelors in Fine Arts from the University of California, Irvine and has employment experience in customer service, scheduling and logistics, and operations in the restaurant, aviation, and wedding industries. With an enthusiasm for efficiency and organization, she provides support to the leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of initiatives aimed at promoting inclusivity and empowerment for the people we serve.

In her spare time, Vivian enjoys traveling, hiking, crafting, watching tv, and spending time with her friends and family.

SAMUAL HALTERMAN

Bookkeeper
(He/Him)

Sam started his career in accounting in 2005 after receiving a BA in Accounting and working within the music and entertainment industry as a Senior Account Manager. Since then, he has owned and operated his own businesses in music production as well as running a record label. Sam started working with IRI in 2020 and recently joined the team as a bookkeeper in 2024.

Sam enjoys spending time with his family and friends, surfing, and making music.
