Meet the Trainer
Leah Berry, Director of Training at IRI
Leah has dedicated her professional life to serving underrepresented populations, including those incarcerated and queer high school students with disabilities. Leah herself is queer! She is a trained inclusive mediator and believes strongly in giving people the autonomy to resolve conflicts and make important life decisions. Leah joined IRI in 2024 as a Support Manager. After working in that capacity for almost two years, Leah joined the Training Department as Director of Training. Leah values quality trainings that promote inclusive environments for everyone supported through IRI. Leah is a Baltimore, Maryland native but has quickly acclimated to the California way of life. Outside of work, Leah likes to work with rescue animals, spend time in nature, read, and play board games.
