Roy Wilson

Chief Training Officer

Roy has supported individuals with disabilities for over 25 years. Roy graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BA in Psychology. While at UCLA, Roy served as a mentor to high school students with disabilities. He has since supported adults living independently in their own homes where he served as a support staff and a management team member.

Roy has also worked as a Lead Employment Coach for 10 years supporting individuals find and maintain competitive employment in their communities. He joined IRI in 2014 as one of the managers supporting individuals in finding and maintaining competitive and integrated employment and living in their own homes.

Roy presently is the Chief Training Officer, working with staff to better assist individuals in meeting their personal and professional goals. He is certified through ACRE in Basic Employment Services with an emphasis on Customized Employment and is also credentialed through APSE as a Certified Employment Support Professional.

Training & Advocacy Manager

Caleb joined IRI in 2023 as a Lead Employment Coach mentoring employment coaches in the community. Before that, while studying for his BA in Production at the University of Arizona, Caleb helped founded and managed a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping veterans with disabilities integrate into their communities through partnerships with local organizations. Caleb would carry this work into the University of Arizona itself, working as a Team Guide for the university’s student job development program to serve more than a hundred students per semester. Caleb is certified through ACRE in Basic Employment Services.

Ashley Hawkins

Training Manager

Ashley graduated from La Sierra University with a degree in Wellness Management. She began working with individuals with disabilities in 2007 and quickly realized that creating inclusive, supportive environments was where her heart truly belonged. For 15 years, she served as a Camp Director in Big Bear, where she helped lead accessible, engaging programs each summer. Her love for working with people also took her to Disney Cruise Line, where she led games and activities for guests from around the world.

In 2023, Ashley joined IRI as an Employment Coach. Her dedication to staff development and training led to her current role as ACRE Training Manager, where she supports teams in building inclusive employment services. Ashley is committed to helping others grow with confidence, compassion, and purpose.

In her spare time, Ashley enjoys watching reality TV, eating Italian food, and traveling. She’s visited over 20 countries and is always looking for her next adventure.
